Tom Wroe and Poppy Walk support individuals with a varied range of needs and can accommodate anyone over the age of 18. Tom Wroe is an all male service and has the capacity to accommodate 8 people. Poppy Walk is a mixed gender service and has the capacity to accommodate 8 people.
We are specialised in complex behaviours and have an in house clinical Psychologist, clinical lead & therapy team who we work closely alongside. We promote safe and least restrictive management of complex behaviour underpinned by the Positive Behaviour Support Framework, All staff are equipped to apply behavioural support to minimise the risk of escalation and distress the techniques used are distractions such as activities, social support and community access based on life history.
Our aim is to support individuals with their health needs and where possible integrate individuals back into the community. We also are a forever home.
We have a strong connection with our community and often have the local school coming along singing for the people we support.
We have our own inhouse cinema where live concerts are shown and exclusive movie nights are scheduled which have been a great hit during the pandemic. Along with this is our inhouse salon where we support individuals with regular hair cutting and beauty therapy such as hand and feet massages.
All our staff are compassionate, skilled and dedicated, caring individuals who put the People We Support here in the centre of their heart.

Cleo Cuniffe
Cleo Cuniffe has over 12 years’ experience working within the Health and Social Care sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience across a variety of care settings and roles.
Throughout her career, Cleo has continued to develop her skills and professional knowledge, gaining relevant qualifications and taking on key responsibilities. She is a Freedom to Speak Up Ambassador, Safeguarding Lead and Safety Intervention Trainer. Cleo is currently working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, further strengthening her leadership skills and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Cleo spent 18 months working as a Deputy Manager within a complex care setting, where she developed her leadership skills and gained an in-depth understanding of supporting individuals with complex needs. She progressed into her current role as Service Manager, reflecting her dedication, experience and passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Cleo is particularly passionate about promoting meaningful activities that support individuals’ mental health, wellbeing and personal development. Within Tom Wroe and Poppy Walk, she is committed to ensuring that person-centred care remains at the heart of the service, with individuals supported to make choices, develop their independence and achieve positive outcomes.
Cleo’s experience, dedication and passion for care make her a valued leader, committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for both the individuals she supports and the teams she leads.

Well-Being Champion
John Andrews
John is committed to helping members of the staff team as the homes Well-Being Champion. This role is not to support with work related problems that still sits with the company Freedom to speak up Guardian. John’s role is looking to support staff with issues/problems/concerns outside of the workplace whether that be just listening, or guiding staff members to the relevant support that they may require.
- He will be impartial when supporting staff.
- He is comfortable with supporting staff with difficult problems.
- He is a good listener.
